Я не уверен в деталях общественного устройства Эквестерии, но даже если тамошних правителей избирают, то на сроки, сравнимые с Альфой Центавра Сида Мейера (в отличие от Цивилизации, там ты играешь за конкретного человека… избранного на 400 лет, вроде).
