The graphics files included in this archive are images of the d20 system trademark logo. Pertinent copyright and trademark information is included in a separate file provided by Wizards of the Coast and included in this archive for your convenience.

This archive contains an Adobe Illustrator file that should work with most professional graphics and publishing applications such as Freehand, Quark XPress, Photoshop, InDesign, et al. The web archive
also contains a jpeg raster image intended to be a preview. It is sincerely NOT recommended that
anyone utilize the raster image for print purposes! Vector art will utilize the resolution of the
output device to make the sharpest possible graphic, so vector art is much better for print.

These graphics are offered by the artist free of charge with the stipulation that the publication or web site in which any of these images is used includes the notice "d20 system logo art by George Edward Purdy" and failure to include such a notice constitutes a violation of the agreement allowing use of the graphics.

The artist takes no responsibility for the use of the graphics included, and potential users of these images are encouraged to read the "d20 system license"
and the "d20 System Logo Trademark Guide" at http://www.wizards.com/D20/ to prevent
violation of the terms set forth by Wizards of the Coast.

According to their terms, "You may not alter the color, typography or design of the d20 System Logo, nor stretch or distort the dimensions. You may not allow any part of the Logo to be overprinted by another graphic and the d20 System Logo must be reproduced at a size no smaller than one-half inch in width by one-half inch in height."

I've seen at least one company stretching the logo provided by Wizards of the Coast on their products. If you use my graphics you must comply with the above stated wishes of Wizards of the Coast. Don't stretch it or apply some kind of warp or other distorting filter to it. Don't change the colors. Don't overprint something else on top of it. The only exception would be if Wizards of the Coast gives their express permission to do so.

No claims are made as to the usefulness, marketability, or other functionality of these graphics.

IF YOU REDISTRIBUTE THIS ARCHIVE YOU MUST INCLUDE THIS TEXT FILE OR YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF USE.
