The Singapore Airlines Beirut Office went above and beyond what I expected. I came in to ask about possible upgrades for a vacation I was planning. The agent assisted me in comparing several classes and was highly informed. She was courteous, understanding, and genuinely concerned in assisting me in selecting the best course of action. All of my inquiries were addressed in detail, and I didn't feel hurried. The office is easily accessible, cozy, and clean. Seeing such excellent care in person is refreshing. I was really impressed by this office, and I can't wait to fly with Singapore Airlines now. Bravo, team Beirut.
